We decided to take photos of our 80 meter and 40 meter antenna's while being put up on a 10 foot section of antenna mast. Any mast or pipe will do as long as its not over 1.25 inches (31 1SM) in diameter.

I'm pointing that the actual base of the antenna. It's 9 inches long~! The rest is part of the 5 ft mounting pole. Here I'm holding the delay line and choke in my hand. Its 9 turns of RG58 and is integral. The production antenna has a PL-259 at the end of the choke coil. Sorry folks I'm not very photogenic. That is me smiling if you can believe it. And I've talked all over the country on this little thing. People are often shocked to here that it's only 9 inches long. Thanks for visiting.
